Spanish Chicken
This dish is popular as a weekday meal and the chutney tomato combination is sure to get your
family asking for more.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 x 500 g bottle Knorr Unbelievable Spanish Tomato Cook-In-Sauce
480 g tin Italian tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper
4 chicken breast fillets, cubed
2 mixed peppers, chopped
30 ml margarine
125 ml Chutney
Instructions
1. Seal the chicken pieces in margarine and place in a casserole dish
2. In the same pot, fry the onions and peppers until slightly soft
3. Remove from heat and add the canned chopped tomatoes, Knorr Unbelievable Sauce and chutney
4. Season to taste, stir and pour over the chicken
5. Place in a preheated oven at 160°C and bake for 45 min
