Chicken, Mushroom and Spinach Pasta




 


Chicken, mushroom and spinach taste great together and make this pasta dish an old favourite
Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

1 box Knorr Chicken Mate Mushroom
400 g chicken, sliced
200 ml cold milk
15 ml oil
250 g mushrooms sliced
250 g frozen spinach
600 ml hot water
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, brown the chicken and mushrooms in oil
2. Add the sachet of seasoning spice blend, 600 ml hot water and 200 ml cold milk
3. Add the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min, add the defrosted spinach and simmer for another 5 min
until the pasta is cooked
